Our double and multi-walled corrugated stainless-steel pipes have the most advanced insulation layers. The specially adapted super insulation made of highly reflective foil and stabilising spacers in the vacuum chamber enables the safe transport of cryogenic media.

The individually customisable band reinforcement ensures high pressure stability and low elongation. As a result, our pipe system can easily withstand pressures of up to 30 bar. As a tensile-stiff component, the strip armouring ensures that the pipework can be laid and pulled in safely.

Our vacuum-insulated pipe systems have been specially developed to minimise heat input and ensure efficient operation with low evaporation losses. Our flexible transfer lines are characterised by quick installation, which eliminates the need for time-consuming evacuation and welding on site.

Our high-quality cryogenic pipework also enables the safe cooling and depressurisation of natural gas (LNG) or liquefied hydrogen (LH2) in liquefaction plants. The pipe systems can also be used in air separation units (ASU) to separate air into the main components oxygen, nitrogen and argon.

LNG fuelling stations and tank facilities
For many years, our pipelines have been used by leading oil companies for the smooth operation of LNG filling stations and tank facilities. The double-walled pipelines not only transport regular liquefied natural gas (LNG), but also bio-liquefied natural gas (bio-LNG). Our pipes are also ideally suited for use in liquefied hydrogen refuelling stations thanks to their approval in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.

Superconductor
Our vacuum-insulated corrugated tubes can also be used as cryostats for superconductors. Endless production and spiral corrugation make it possible to produce superconductors over long distances with minimal pressure losses and a reduced number of joints. Enclosed in our pipework, superconductors can remain cryogenic and ensure loss-free transmission of electrical energy.

Transport of sustainable energy sources
